Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Bryn Ridge strictly complies with consumer protection regulations and guarantees your right to request exchanges, returns, and refunds for all purchases. Below, you will find the procedures for each case.


Request Deadline

You may request a return or exchange within 15 (fifteen) consecutive days from the date you receive the product.


Product Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following requirements:

  • Condition: In good condition (we accept new or unused items).
  • No Damage: Must not contain damage caused by misuse or intentional actions.
  • Packaging: Preferably in the original packaging.
  • Accessories: All original accessories must be included.
  • Proof of Purchase: Must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.

Restocking Fee

Bryn Ridge does not charge any restocking fee (£0.00) for returns.


Returns Due to Manufacturing Defects

Situation: The product was delivered with a defect or presents a manufacturing issue.

Return Shipping Cost: Covered by Bryn Ridge.

Procedure:

  • Contact us via email at sales.department@brynridge.co.uk or by phone.
  • Provide your order number and describe the issue.
  • Send photos showing the defect.
  • Wait for return instructions sent via email (at no cost to you).
  • Return the product using a local postal service, preferably in the original packaging and with all accessories.

After receiving and inspecting the item, we will contact you so you can choose between a replacement or a full refund. If you choose a replacement, Bryn Ridge will cover all shipping costs.

Refund Timeline: Within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the product at our distribution center.


Returns Due to Change of Mind

Situation: You decide not to keep the product within the 15-day period.

Return Shipping Cost: Covered by Bryn Ridge.

Procedure:

  • Contact us via email or phone.
  • Provide your order number and the reason for return.
  • Wait for return instructions via email (no cost).
  • Return the product, preferably in the original packaging and with all accessories.

After receiving and verifying the item, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.


Exchanges (Size, Color, or Model)

Situation: You want to exchange the product for a different size, color, or model.

Return Shipping Cost: Covered by Bryn Ridge.

Procedure:

  • Contact us via email or phone.
  • Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and the desired product.
  • Wait for instructions via email (no cost).
  • Return the product with its original packaging and accessories.

After verification, the new item will be shipped.

Note: If there is a price difference, you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund.


Lost or Stolen Package

Situation: The product was not delivered and tracking indicates it was lost or stolen.

Procedure:
Contact us with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier. After confirmation, you may choose between a reshipment or a full refund.

Cost: Bryn Ridge covers all costs in these cases.


Cancellation During Transit

Situation: You wish to cancel the order after it has already been shipped.

Procedure:

  • Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.
  • Refuse delivery or do not accept the package.
  • The item will be automatically returned to our distribution center.
  • Inform us about the refusal.

The refund will be processed after the product is returned.


Refund Timelines by Payment Method

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after product inspection.

  • Credit Card: Refund processed within up to 10 business days.
  • Digital Wallets (Apple Pay & Google Pay):
    Refunds made through Apple Pay or Google Pay will be issued back to the original payment method linked to the customer's digital wallet (usually the associated credit or debit card).

The refund will be processed within 10 business days after approval.
Please note that the time for the amount to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
